Our “ New Three-Room Cottages were built later than the property’s original classic “ 3-Room Cottages” and have approximately 30% more overall space. In most cases, they’re also closer to water. While these “ Waterfront Rear “ cottages are set back a few feet further from the water than the “ Waterfront” ones, they still have views of the beach and water. The spacious living area includes comfortable seating and a dining alcove with wraparound windows. The kitchen has a full-size range and refrigerator, and microwave. In one bedroom there is a queen-sized bed and the other has two twins. An attached, private deck includes a picnic table and outdoor furniture, and a charcoal grill
