One-Room Efficiency (area 9)

Our one-room efficiencies, which sleep two people, include a queen-sized bed, and dining table and chairs, with a kitchenette tucked off in an alcove which has everything for making a snack or simple meal; a refrigerator, cooktop and microwave, and a sink, all set within a space-efficient arrangement of cabinetry with a counter area. The attached private bath has a standup shower. These units are decorated in beachy shades of blue and green with crisp white woodwork. The outdoor sitting area includes chairs. Accommodates a maximum of 2 people.
Deluxe One-Room Efficiency (area 10)

Similar in décor, but a bit more spacious, this unit includes a sitting area with a sleeper sofa in addition to a queen-sized bed and dining table with chairs. The kitchen has all of the features of our other one-room efficiency with an additional cooking burner and extra counter space. The full bath includes a combination tub/shower. The room opens onto an adjacent outdoor sitting area which offers a lovely view of the beach and the ocean beyond it. Ideal for single and couples, or parties of up to 4 people.
